Community Investment
CNE Foundation Investment in the Community
At the CNE Foundation, we are committed to supporting organizations that share our community vision and whose mandates fall within one of our core funding pillars. Each year, we award a limited number of Community Grants to local, Canadian qualified donees committed to furthering our areas of focus – Agriculture and the Environment, Arts and Culture, Industry and Entrepreneurship, and Community Building – and in support of our vision: “Empowering community. Improving lives.”
In 2024, the CNE Foundation awarded a Community Grant to the Toronto Foundation for Student Success. Made possible through the generosity of the CNE community, through our 2024 50/50 raffle fundraisers, this CNE Foundation Community Grant aims to support Toronto District School Board students facing financial food insecurities. With community being central to the CNE, we hope these funds will help uplift and empower the children, enabling them to succeed academically now and creating a strong foundation for their future success. Thank you for your support.
Community Grant Application Process
Please note that we have deferred our application intake as we emerge from the financial impacts of the pandemic. In the interim, our annual grant recipients are identified based on urgent community need.
